Shanghai Hualing M&E Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. is dense technical stock system, which produces professionally electrical measuring apparatus and meters, auto-control equipment and high technology computer engineering.

    The enterprise sites at East Road No.6 of Xuanqiao County in Nanhui Industry Zone, Shanghai Pudong. It covers an area of 16,000sq.m. There are office buildings fixed with air-condition and producing workshop, 4,500sq. m. There are 68 employees, of which the professional technicians account for 80% (30% technicians with the title of a technical post). It has special hardware assemble line, and imports many sets of standard three-phase electric power, such as 0.01%, 0.02%, 0.05% from Germany EMH company, complete sets of finesse manufacture equipment, program-controlled finesse engineering manufacturing equipment by Japan Cuntian, analog test equipment, online system, computer management system, and office automation system.

    The enterprise has always emphasized serious scientific management. With the courage of advanced management system and support of some high college and science research institute, it strengthens continuously the exploitation and promotion of products and marches into new fields. Since the enterprise was founded, it has served several hundreds of clients with high quality and good service. At present it has become the only corporation at home which can corporate with Germany EMH to produce the precision measure equipment and complete sets of intellectualized equipment. The 0.2 grade real reactive measuring equipment with 90°locked and movable phase produced  itself has gotten the patent. In 2002 its product had been listed as “Shanghai project of transformation of high-new technology”. 

   The enterprise complies with national laws & rules and gets various certificates issued by some authority institute-National Quality & Technique Control Department, Power Department, Tianjing Design and Research Institute of Electric Drive and Xi’an Research Institute of High Voltage Electric.  In 2001, the enterprise has achieved ISO9001-2000 quality system authentification by RWTüV.  It carries out strictly GB/T19001 (ISO9001) quality assurance system. It tries best to bring into the play of quality surveillance department and makes sure to offer customers with good service and technical support in developing, design, producing, fixing and servicing. Just before, the enterprise and its products have been listed in “The Recommended Catalogue that Main Equipment and are needed by the Constructing and Rebuilding of Electricity Net ” by The Trade and Economy Committee. In 2002 it had been granted Shanghai High-New Tech Enterprise.
